Designers have always worked with a set of constraints – budgets, building codes, client’s desire, etc. In the modern day scenario, a new constraint has been added – sustainability. This new addition is, however, a step in the right direction to tackle climate change, depleting natural resources, etc. We at Tc Consultancy follow an integrated approach that connects sustainability to our strategy and eventually to final outcome for our clients.

Our understanding of sustainability does not mean more “green spaces” in the design. The aim is to minimize disruption of natural resources and optimise energy efficiency. Our efforts are intended to give both tangible (energy saving, water saving) and intangible (enhanced air quality, health & wellbeing of the occupants, conservation of scarce national resources) benefits to our esteemed clients who are the end users of these spaces. We choose sustainable solutions that are pragmatic and most essentially effective and help our clients in future.

We see our sustainable designs as a humble effort on our part to leave our planet a healthier, cleaner and better place for the generations to come. Over the years, it is visible that our sustainable growth has been built upon our reputation to deliver which has resulted in a high level of repeat clientle and long term framework partnerships.
